New Ability to sort holds.
You now have the the ability to sort your holds by either status or title. See Sorting in My Account.
Q. What is my Library ID and PIN?
A. Your library ID is your library card barcode. Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is usually the last four digits of your library card barcode.
Q. I want to be able to click on the items I have on hold and be taken to the catalog.
A. We are aware that the new My Account is lacking this feature, and we have requested that the software provider update this in the future.
Q. How do I log out?
A. If you are inside the green My Account tab, click on the small x in the right corner of the tab, then click on the words "Log off" at the top of the catalog page.
Q. What is my User Name and Password?
A. Your user name and password are chosen by you when you set up an EZ Log On. See What is EZ Log On or I forgot my User Name and Password for more information.
Q. Where is loan history?
A. If you have loan history turned on, you can access it by clicking View history on the Loans tab in My Account. See Overview of My Account.
Q. Is the old catalog going away?
A. No, not at this time. Eventually the New Catalog will replace the Classic Catalog, which is why we want feedback on what you like and don't like in the New catalog. Please let us know what you think using the comment form.
